Collection: Private Binder Mode

Collection is now its own private workspace for set tracking. It is built for keeping inventory clean, not publishing trade stock.

You can switch between Binder and List views, filter binders to missing cards only, and get clearer states when a binder is complete. A help modal on the page explains the model quickly.
