Collection: Private Binder Mode

Collection is now its own private workspace for set tracking. It is built for keeping inventory clean, not publishing trade stock.

You can page through a set binder, filter binders to missing cards only, and get clearer states when a binder is complete. (This release also shipped a flat List view, which was later removed — binders are the only view now.) A help modal on the page explains the model quickly.
